Information We Use
Crew Sync uses Firebase Authentication to identify your Google account and keep your roster history separate from other users. We may store your name, email address, profile photo URL, provider ID, account creation time, and last login time in Firebase.
Roster Data
Uploaded roster PDFs are parsed for schedule data. The PDF file itself is not stored by Crew Sync. Parsed roster history, version metadata, calendar names, and app-created calendar IDs may be stored in Firestore under your authenticated user ID.
Google Calendar Access
Crew Sync requests Google Calendar access only to create, update, and remove events in calendars created or managed by the app. Calendar access tokens are kept in browser session storage and are cleared when you sign out or when the token expires.
Sharing
Crew Sync does not sell user data. User roster history is protected by Firestore rules so each signed-in user can access only their own documents.
Beta Status
Crew Sync is currently a beta product. Data handling, sync behavior, and account features may change as the product is improved.
